Saved by grace or by work

Posted on November 30, 2014 by Jenny in Uncategorized

James 2:14
“What good is it, my brothers and sisters if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save the

Then these were my replys:-
Are u aware of what others verses said in the NT. These are the comflicting verse as follow:-
Ephesians 2:8,9:- For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.

Romans 11:6:- And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.

Romans 3:28:- For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the laws.

Galatians 2:16:- Know that a person is not justified by the work of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Jesus
Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.

So you see that the teaching of Christianity found in the book of James contradicted with the Epistles of Paul. If the the NT is truly the Words of God, it should not contradicted with one another. Contradiction is not comfine here, it is throughout the whole New Testament. In the past, I did forwarded to u the 194 contradictions in the NT. In case you lost it, I will forward to u again. The teaching of Christianity is on a shaky foundation, it will soon collapse.

So are u going to take the doctrines from James or from Paul? I had been a christian for 31 years till the year 2008. Ever since I gave up christianity and embrace Judaism where the doctrine is from only the Tanakh, (christian called it the Old Testament) We only believe in the Creator God who recompenses man according to their deeds, but a God that places evils on the wicked according to their wickedness.

Micah 6:8:- “that we execute justice, show acts of kindness and walk humbly before God” – this is what God want his created being to do.
